Olathe, KS – Network Tech, a leader in managed IT solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Erick Anderson to the position of Service Delivery Manager.
Erick, who joined Network Tech in 2019, is now responsible for all Network Tech service delivery. He will be working closely with the Support department and the Network Administrators removing roadblocks, solidifying processes, and continuing to drive better efficiencies and automation.

Mr. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Robert Morris. He has worked in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space for a decade. Erick started with Network Tech as a Network Administrator II and quickly became Network Administrator Manager in only six months. In addition to his extensive work experience, he has also completed course work and certifications for Microsoft, ConnectWise, ITIL, Fortinet, and Sophos.
Erick and his wife, Tracy, have a son and dog. He enjoys reading, watching sports, and helping local animal rescue groups.
