Darren did an outstanding job in working through a complex problem with Outlook Calendars that seems to have coincided with our switch to MS365. After testing various fixes, it became apparent that there wasn’t a simple solution. He sought the knowledge and experience of other Network Tech Staff and ultimately reached out to Microsoft directly. Darren did an excellent job of keeping me up-to-date on his progress and recapped each possible solutions that we tried while working through various possibilities.
